💰 Refund Policy

  • Full refund if your exam is cancelled or postponed by the conducting authority
  • Full refund if we are unable to provide the service due to our fault
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the pickup time
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 12–24 hours before pickup
  • Full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup

📋 Booking Terms

  • Payment is required upfront to confirm your ride slot
  • Take a screenshot of payment and attach it in the booking form
  • Book at least 2–3 days in advance for guaranteed slot availability
  • ₹50 extra charge applies for same-day (last-minute) bookings
  • Provide accurate pickup location and exam centre details while booking

  • All drivers are verified and trained for exam route navigation
  • Luggage and mobile phones are kept safely — we are not liable for pre-existing damage
  • Passengers must be ready at pickup point 10 minutes before scheduled time
  • Any misbehavior may result in cancellation of ride without refund
  • Exam Travels reserves the right to change drivers due to emergencies

You get a full refund if the exam is cancelled or postponed by the conducting authority. No questions asked.
